报告题目：水产膨化饲料原料选择及配方模式

专家简介：薛敏研究员，博士生导师，中国农业科学院饲料加工创新团队首席专家，负责管理国家水产饲料安全评价基地。致力于原料的膨化挤压性能、饲料蛋白源和脂肪源替代、仔稚鱼营养及开口饲料配制、鱼类营养与调控研究。

Prof./Dr. Min Xue, Director of the Lab of Feed Processing and Aquatic Nutrition, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. She mainly focuses on the study of ingredients physio-chemical properties in fish feed extrusion processing, growth and development of larval fish related with start feeding and nutrition, broodstock nutrition and reproductive regulation.

主 讲 人：程宏远研究员

报告题目：水产饲料加工技术基础及展望

专家简介：程宏远研究员，丹麦过程工程咨询公司，兼任中国农业科学院饲料加工创新团队骨干专家，曾任丹麦技术大学食品学院研究员。从事食品及水产饲料挤出加工技术，食品加工过程模拟研究。

Prof./Dr. Hongyuan Cheng, employed in Process Engineering Consultancy Company in Denmark, feed processing innovation team of Feed Research Institute, CAAS, and served as a professor in Technical University of  Denmark. Mainly Engaged in food and aquatic feed extrusion processing technology, food processing simulation.
